- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1½ pounds bone-in chicken thighs, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1½ pounds chicken legs, seasoned with salt and pepper
- ½-¾ cup Pomegranate Plum Ancho Sauce
- 2 fresh plums, cut into wedges, if desired

- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a 12-inch ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20 minutes. Add plums to skillet, if desired. Pour Pomegranate Plum Ancho Sauce over chicken.
- Continue baking 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
